Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed on this website will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 2 business days. Cost of shipping includes a $2.00 handling fee for preparation and delivery confirmation service. In the event that this is not possible (due to backorders, out of stock, or other delays), the customer shall be notified of this delay within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation numbers to ensure your package is not lost. If you do not receive your package after 14 days, please email us at store@gasparillaoutfitters.com.

At this time, Gasparilla Outfitters ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Gasparilla Outfitters ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
We will replace your shirt if it's defective in anyway or if you were shipped the wrong item by mistake. Just e-mail us once you receive your order at store@gasparillaoutfitters.com with a note of what is defective on the shirt. All sales are final!

Store Policies: All sales are final. We DO accept an exchange if a size is incorrect or the t-shirt is defective in anyway. Just email us for details on how to exchange (store@gasparillaoutfitters.com). We do not allow refunds.
